Seasonal Produce Guide for November

November is the perfect time to start thinking about Thanksgiving and the holiday season. That's why we pulled together a list of great seasonal produce you can find at your local grocery store. Today we will be going over all of the produce that's in season for November!

Cauliflower

Because this veggie is grown all over the world, you can buy Cauliflower year-round. Cauliflower is in peak season during the fall, so now is the perfect time to add it to your shopping list!
Cauliflower is a great option for stews and soups, but it also works great in smoothies too! Cauliflower is a great source of Vitamins C and K, and it is rich in fiber! You can find this vegetable in our Berry and Strawberry Banana Smoothie Mixes 
 

Carrots

Carrots are rich in nutrients such as beta-carotene and Vitamin C. They're also a good source of potassium, fiber, and folate. Carrots will add flavor and color to any meal, so we recommend adding them in stews, stir-fried veggies, or salads!
