Cherries are a great source of nutrients like fiber, Vitamin C, and potassium. One cup has upwards of 3g of fiber, 18% of Daily Value (DV) of Vitamin C, and 10% of DV of potassium.
- 1 Chocolate Smoothie Mix
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries
- 12 ounces cashew milk
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs, optional for topping
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
While this recipe calls for cashew milk, you can use any nut milk or milk of your choice.
