Ingredients

1 cup mango (chunks)
1/2 tbsp. hemp hearts
1 tsp. honey
1 cup coconut milk
4-6 ice cubes (optional)
1/4 cup Granola sprinkled on top (optional)
Directions
Cut mango into chunks.
Measure (or not) other ingredients.
Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy.
Pro Tip: Add a little crunch to your smoothie. This recipe is great topped with some granola!
